Dementia is one of the biggest social issues in aging societies all over the world. Therefore, there is growing demand in society for the prevention and treatment of dementia. Alzheimer's disease is the most common type of dementia, and many studies are underway to clarify its developing mechanism.
In this project, we aim to develop an anti-dementia physical training program based on some epidemiological evidence.
While providing such a developed exercise program, we will analyze the cognitive performance, biochemical parameters and lifestyles, including diet and sleep, of the participants. We aim to further improve the exercise program based on data analysis of such personal information.
